From 1st January 2024 (Rates Increase Each Year in January)
Callout Fee (e.g if locked out, heaters left on) $100, Lost Key $160
Workshop, Classes, Rehearsals, Meetings for non-profit organisations
Monday-Friday 5pm, hourly rate (min 3 hours) $55
Friday 5pm-Sunday, hourly rate (min 3 hours) $75
